Terms of Service

This store sells through two payment gateways, and which one takes your money changes who your contract for the transaction is with. Every product page and the checkout say which applies before you pay.

Most of the catalogue is sold through Tebex. For those orders the seller is Tebex Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 08129184. Tebex buys the resource from us and sells it to you, so the sale contract is between you and Tebex — not between you and Koja. Tebex is also responsible for taking the payment, handling chargebacks and accounting for VAT, GST or sales tax as the merchant of record.

The lifetime licences for Cloth Tool, Aurora and the badge packs are sold through Hexel, which takes payment through its own Stripe account. Those orders do not go through Tebex at all: Tebex's terms, its refund route and its tax handling do not apply to them, and the receipt you get will come from Hexel and Stripe rather than Tebex.

In both cases the resource itself is ours, and the licence terms on this page govern how you may use it. Tebex being the seller of the transaction does not make Tebex the author of the resource or the grantor of the licence.

Every purchase is a licence to use a resource, not ownership of it. You may install it, configure it, edit the parts that are open, and run it on the servers your licence covers. You may not resell it, republish it, share it, or hand it to someone who has not bought it.

A standard licence covers one server. Running several needs a network licence — ask before you deploy rather than after.

The licence is tied to the account that bought it. Tebex orders are tied to the Cfx account the basket was authenticated against, because that is how FiveM licensing works; Hexel orders are tied to the Discord account you signed in with here.

Some resources ship with parts under FiveM asset escrow. Configuration, locales and the event surface are always readable and editable — those are the parts you need to fit a resource to your server.

Where a product is offered in both escrowed and open-source form, they are separate purchases at separate prices, and each product page says which model a given option uses before you buy. If it matters to you, check there first rather than after.

Open source means you may read and modify the code for your own use. It does not mean you may redistribute it, publish it, or release it under a licence of your own.

Lifetime updates cover bug fixes, framework compatibility and new features on a resource you already own, for as long as it stays in the catalogue.

A subscription option gives access for as long as the subscription runs. A lifetime option does not expire. Which of the two you bought is on your receipt and on the purchases page.

Updates do not cover migrating you to a different product. If a resource is retired, you keep the last build and the licence to run it.

Support happens in the Discord, and being a member of it is a condition of buying — that is where delivery notices, updates and help all live. Signing in here adds you to it.

Support covers installing the resource, configuring it, and anything behaving differently from how the product page says it behaves. It does not cover debugging your other resources, your framework install, or edits you made to ours — though we will usually tell you what we can see.

Tebex's Creator Agreement obliges us to keep a monitored contact method and to answer within 72 hours, and Tebex may direct you to us for support on the resource itself. Payment, invoicing and chargeback questions on a Tebex order go to Tebex, because those are Tebex's responsibility rather than ours.

Do not use a resource to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or in a way that breaches the FiveM platform rules or Tebex's Acceptable Use Policy. Do not remove or obscure attribution, and do not attempt to defeat asset escrow.

Reselling, redistributing or leaking a resource ends the licence immediately and without a refund. So does sharing your account so that someone who has not bought it can download it.

Opening a chargeback rather than a ticket revokes the licence and removes access to updates. On a Tebex order the chargeback is handled by Tebex, since Tebex took the payment and carries the liability for it; on a Hexel order it is handled by Hexel and Stripe.

If something is wrong, a ticket is faster and usually gets you a working resource instead of a refund and no resource.

Resources are supplied as they are. We do not warrant that one will be uninterrupted or error-free on every framework, every server build and every combination of other resources, because we cannot test that space.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here takes away statutory rights you have as a consumer — including the withdrawal right described on the refunds page.

These terms can change. Purchases are governed by the terms as they stood on the day you bought, so a later revision cannot retroactively narrow what you already paid for.
