Question 1

Is the purchase made through Tebex?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Checkout, payment and invoicing all run through Tebex, so your card details never touch this site. You get a Tebex receipt by email and the transaction shows up under their name on your statement.

Question 2

How do I receive the product after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Escrowed resources are attached to your CFX account automatically and appear in your keymaster within a minute of the payment clearing. Anything shipped as source — websites, tools and open builds — arrives as a download link on the confirmation page and in the receipt email.

Question 3

Is the download immediate?

Accepted Answer

In almost every case, yes: delivery is automatic and does not wait on anybody here being awake. If a payment is held for review by the processor, delivery follows once it clears rather than being cancelled.

Question 4

Do I need an account on portal.cfx.re?

Accepted Answer

For escrowed resources, yes — that is where the licence is attached and where you download the files. Standalone packs, websites and tools do not need one.

Question 5

Do I lose access if I change servers or reinstall everything?

Accepted Answer

No. The licence belongs to your CFX account, not to a server ID or a machine. Wipe the box, move host, rebuild from scratch — download it again from your keymaster and carry on.

Question 6

I bought on the wrong account. Can it be corrected?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is a common one. Open a ticket in the Discord with the Tebex transaction ID and the account you meant to use, and the licence gets transferred. Do not buy it a second time to fix it.

Question 7

Does one licence cover more than one server?

Accepted Answer

A standard licence covers one server. If you run a network, open a ticket before you deploy — network licences are priced per case rather than off a table, and sorting it out afterwards is more awkward for everyone.

Question 8

What do lifetime updates actually cover?

Accepted Answer

Bug fixes, framework compatibility and new features on a resource you already own, for as long as it stays in the catalogue. It does not cover migrating you onto a different product.

Question 9

What if it does not do what this page says?

Accepted Answer

Then it gets fixed, or you get your money back. Digital goods mean there is no blanket returns window, but a resource that does not match its own description is our problem rather than yours. Open a ticket and it gets looked at.
